1. INTRO
EASY FINGER GAMES-FZCO and its affiliates("EASY FINGER ", "we", "us" or "our") are dedicated to protecting the privacy of our users. Your personal data will be held by us in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For the purposes of data protection laws, the data controller will be EASY FINGER.

Personal Data You Provide to Us Directly
Depending on how you interact with our Services and your jurisdiction, we may collect certain personal data that you choose to provide to us, including:

When you access or use our Services, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage-related information, including:
Device Data. Information about the device you use to access the Services, such as device model, operating system and version, screen resolution, language and regional settings, device identifiers (such as device ID and advertising ID), and network type. (For iOS 14+ users, we will not collect IDFA without prior opt-in consent.)
Technical and Network Data. Information such as IP address, MAC address, Internet service provider, network latency (e.g., ping), crash logs, error reports, and performance data (such as CPU/memory usage and frame rate).
Gameplay and Usage Data. Information relating to your interactions with the Services, including timestamps of actions, game level / progress / scores / achievements / logs, user interaction records. Ingame performance data may be made available to previously matched users (e.g., leaderboard or match history).
Cookie and Similar Technology Data. General location information inferred from your IP address (such as country or city-level location), as well as data regarding your interactions with our Services, including website visits, in-app events, or support communications.
Personal Data Collected from Third Parties
In some circumstances, we may receive personal data about you from third-party sources, including:
Social Account Data. If you choose to register, log in, or link your account through a third-party platform (such as Facebook, Google Play, or Apple Game Center), we may receive limited information provided by that platform, such as your user ID, display name or nickname, profile image, and/or friend list, subject to your settings with that service.
Payment and Transaction Data. When you make purchases through our Services, we may receive limited transaction-related information from payment service providers, including transaction status, partial or hashed account identifiers, partially masked email address, device identifier, country or region of purchase, IP address, and, where applicable, an email address for invoice delivery. We do not collect or store your full payment card or bank account details.
Other Third-Party Sources. In limited cases, we may collect information from publicly available sources, trusted partners who have obtained your prior consent to share data with us, or through corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or reorganizations.
3. Why We Collect and Process Your Personal Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes, depending on how you use our Services and where you are located:
(i) To Provide and Operate the Services
We use personal data to create, maintain, and manage your account; enable gameplay and related features; authenticate users; deliver in-game content, Virtual Items, and purchases; process transactions; provide customer support; and otherwise operate, maintain, and improve our Services.
(ii) To Personalize User Experience and Enable Social Features
We use gameplay data, account information, and device data to personalize your experience, such as saving your progress, enabling leaderboards, matchmaking, and other social or competitive features, and displaying in-game performance information to previously matched users where applicable.
(iii) To Process Payments and Prevent Fraud
We use transaction-related and payment metadata received from payment service providers to process purchases, deliver purchased content, issue invoices where applicable, detect and prevent fraud, comply with legal and financial obligations, handle chargebacks or disputes, and ensure the security and integrity of payment transactions.
(iv) To Communicate with You
We use contact and communication data to send you service-related notices, account updates, technical alerts, security notifications, and customer support responses. Where you have provided consent, we may also use your email address to send promotional communications, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.
(v) To Analyze, Improve, and Develop Our Services
We use device data, technical information, gameplay data, and analytics information to understand how users interact with our Services, monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, conduct internal analytics, improve gameplay balance, enhance user experience, and develop new features or services.
(vi) To Support Marketing, Advertising, and Measurement
We may use limited device and usage information, including data received from analytics or advertising partners, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, attribute installs or conversions, and optimize advertising performance. Where required by applicable law, such processing is subject to your consent and applicable platform settings.
(vii) To Ensure Safety, Security, and Compliance
We use personal data to protect the security of our Services, prevent abuse or unauthorized activity, enforce our Terms of Service, comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and protect the rights, property, and safety of us, our users, and third parties.

This includes, for example, creating and managing your account, enabling gameplay and in-game features, processing purchases, delivering Virtual Items or other digital content, and providing customer support.

We process personal data where necessary to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, including financial record-keeping, tax compliance, fraud prevention, responding to lawful requests from public authorities, and complying with consumer protection or payment-related regulations.

operating, maintaining, and securing our Services;
improving and developing our Services and user experience;

(iv) Consent

- On Apple iOS devices, you can manage app tracking permissions in “Settings” → “Privacy & Security” → “Tracking”.• On Android devices, you can manage advertising preferences through your device settings, including resetting or limiting your advertising ID.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to object to or opt out of certain personalized advertising, direct marketing, profiling, or data sharing activities. Where required under applicable law, we will honor requests to restrict or stop the processing of your personal information for such purposes. Please note that opting out of personalized advertising does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements. You may continue to receive non-personalized or contextual advertisements.

We take special precautions to protect children’s privacy. Generally, we define “children” as under 13, but we follow local definitions where different (e.g., under 16 in the EEA).
This Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children or knowingly allow such persons to use our Service. If you are a child, please do not use the Services and do not send any data about yourself to us. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us promptly. Account Deletion
You have the right to delete the account which you have registered with us to access its products or services at any time. We will delete the account after verifying your identity information. To ensure the security of your account and property, you shall submit your account deletion request to us via one of the following ways:
by using the contact information displayed on our official website(https://<domain>/delete-account ); or
by clicking the "Account Deletion " option provided in the APP.
Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, after account deletion, we will delete all information related to your account, including personal information and game logs, thus you will be unable to normally use the products or services provided by us. After you complete the deletion, your account cannot be retrieved and your account data cannot be recovered. Please maintain your account information properly.
Rights Under the GDPR (European Economic Area and United Kingdom)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to:
Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
Request the erasure of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”);

However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet or electronic system can be completely secure.
